Terms and Conditions: Happie SG Shop & Win By participating in the Happie Shop & Win campaign (the "Campaign"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering. 1. Eligibility The Campaign is open to all legal residents of Singapore who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To participate, you must purchase any model of Happie’s water purifiers from Happie SG or official online stores directly operated by Happie SG. Purchases made through third-party sellers or unauthorized platforms are not eligible. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Happie SG are not eligible to participate. 2. How to Enter To enter, participants must: - Purchase any model of Happie water purifiers from Happie SG or online stores directly operated by Happie SG during the Campaign period. - Complete the entry process as instructed on the official Happie SG website, including submitting a valid proof of purchase. - Ensure that purchases are made within the Campaign period to be eligible. If a customer places an order but completes payment after the Campaign deadline, they will not be eligible to participate. -Submit all required information before the specified deadline. 3. Campaign Period - The Campaign begins on 3rd March 2025 and ends on 6th September 2025. - Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered. 4. Prize There will be one (1) draw on 6th September 2025, after the end of the Campaign Period, where one (1) lucky winner ("Winner") will be randomly selected to receive a new, fully electric Dongfeng Box ("Prize Car"), sponsored by Volt Auto Pte. Ltd. ("Dongfeng by Volt Auto"). Prize Exclusions The Prize Car does not include the following: - Certificate of Entitlement (COE) - Vehicle Emissions Scheme (VES) surcharge, if applicable - Servicing program - Motor vehicle insurance - Road tax - In-Vehicle Unit (IU) or On-Board Unit (OBU) installation, if applicable - Number plates - Goods and Services Tax (GST) - Registration fee - Any additional fittings, fixtures, or accessories, beyond those provided by Volt Auto at its sole discretion - Other incidentals 5. Winner Selection - The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Campaign period. - The draw will take place on 6th September 2025, and the winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days after the draw. - The winner will be publicly announced on Happie SG’s official website and social media platforms on 6th September 2025. - If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected. 6. Winner Responsibilities & Disqualification - The Winner must comply with all instructions specified by Happie SG & Volt Auto in connection with the conduct of the Lucky Draw and/or the registration and delivery of the Prize Car. Failure to comply with any such instruction or condition may result in the Prize Car being forfeited at Happie SG & Volt Auto’s absolute discretion. - If the Winner fails to meet any financial obligations (e.g., paying for exclusions like COE, insurance, and other applicable fees) or does not provide the necessary documentation, they may be disqualified from receiving the Prize, even before the registration process begins. In such cases, a Reserve winner(s) will be selected to replace the disqualified Winner. 7. Prize Conditions - The Prize Car is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash or any other item. - The Winner cannot trade in, exchange, or sell the Prize Car to Volt Auto or its related corporations. - The colour of the Prize Car will be determined by Happie SG & Volt Auto at their sole discretion. - The actual Prize Car may differ from promotional images used in the Lucky Draw, communications, or publications. The Winner shall have no right to make claims or demands regarding such variations. - Happie SG and Volt Auto reserve the right to provide a prize of lower or equivalent value, including but not limited to models that might be available at the time of winner confirmation without prior notice. 8. Registration & Ownership Requirements - Before claiming and taking delivery of the Prize Car, the Winner must: - Procure the required Certificate of Entitlement (COE) for ownership and register the Prize Car through Volt Auto. - Obtain valid motor vehicle insurance for the Prize Car from Volt Auto’s insurance partners. - Procure and make payment through Volt Auto for all excluded items listed in Clause 4 (Prize Exclusions) at Volt Auto’s prevailing rates, including any Goods and Services Tax (GST) payable. COE Bidding & Registration Assistance - Volt Auto will assist the Winner in obtaining the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) on their behalf, subject to the following conditions: - The Winner may request Volt Auto to bid for the COE on their behalf. - Any request for Volt Auto to bid on the Winner's behalf must be in accordance with Volt Auto’s prevailing terms and conditions for providing such services, including but not limited to the payment of a COE bidding deposit of S$10,000 (or such amount applicable at the relevant time), including applicable GST, at the time of the request. Administrative Fee - The Winner shall also be required to pay Volt Auto an administrative fee of S$4,500 (or such other prevailing amount prescribed by Volt Auto) for COE bidding and registration of the Prize Car on behalf of the Winner. Rebate Adjustments - In the event that any rebates (including Vehicle Emission Scheme (VES) and EV Early Adopter Incentive (EEAI)rebates) applicable to the Prize Car at the start of the Campaign Period are removed or reduced before or on the date that the Winner signs the Lucky Draw’s winner acknowledgement form (Claim Date), Volt Auto reserves the right to require the Winner to pay the equivalent of the removed or reduced rebate amount prior to claiming and taking delivery of the Prize Car. Delivery and Forfeiture Conditions - The Winner must register the Prize Car through Volt Auto and take delivery of the Prize Car, or if the Winner intends to forfeit the Prize Car, they must notify Volt Auto in writing within two (2) months from the Claim Date. - Failure to do so will result in Volt Auto being entitled to charge reasonable storage fees for the Prize Car on a daily basis, commencing from the Claim Date, at a rate determined by Volt Auto at its sole discretion. - If the Winner fails to take delivery of the Prize Car for any reason within three (3) months from the Claim Date, the Prize Car will be forfeited without compensation to the Winner and without further notice. Payment Requirements - All payments due by the Winner to Volt Auto in relation to the Prize Car must be made in full prior to the collection of the Prize Car. Registration Conditions - Volt Auto shall not be obligated to register the Prize Car in the name of any person other than the Prize Winner. Verification of Identity - For verification purposes, the Winner must present the original notification letter from Volt Auto and their NRIC in person at the scheduled appointment location and time as determined by Volt Auto when claiming the Prize Car. 9. Personal Data Consent - By participating in the Lucky Draw and/or claiming the Prize Car, the Winner consents to Volt Auto and their related corporations, affiliates, business partners, service providers, and agents collecting, using, and disclosing their name, personal data, and particulars (including personal identification information, contact details, and photographs) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, for the purpose of conducting the Lucky Draw and/or registering and delivering the Prize Car to the Winner. - The Winner additionally consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their name, personal data, photograph, and voice by Volt Auto and their respective affiliates, partners, and agents in newspapers, radio, social media, and other media platforms as determined by Volt Auto. This includes being photographed, filmed, or interviewed for publicity, sales, marketing, and promotional purposes related to the Lucky Draw and/or Prize Car registration and delivery, without compensation. - By participating in the Lucky Draw, each participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data and particulars by Volt Auto and their agents, business partners, and authorized service providers for the purposes of: (a) Sending marketing and promotional materials related to Volt Auto’s products, services, benefits, promotions, and rewards, and (b) Conducting market research and statistical analysis. 10. Rights and Liability of Happie SG & Volt Auto - Happie SG and Volt Auto reserve the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible participant from winning the Prize Card and/or substitute another participant as the Winner if Happie SG or Volt Auto believes, at their sole discretion, that the participant has contravened or may contravene any of these Terms, or may bring Happie SG or Volt Auto into disrepute. - Happie SG and Volt Auto reserve the right to substitute the Prize Car with another prize of lower or equivalent value, without prior notice. - Happie SG and Volt Auto reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Shop & Win Campaign for any reason, without any liability whatsoever. - Happie SG’s and Volt Auto’s decisions on all matters pertaining to the Shop & Win Campaign are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Campaign, these Terms, or any decision made by Happie SG or Volt Auto will be entertained. Happie SG and Volt Auto reserve the absolute right to resolve any disputes or issues relating to the Campaign as they deem fit. - Happie SG and Volt Auto shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Shop & Win Campaign and/or the Prize Car. - Happie SG and Volt Auto reserve the right to amend or delete these Terms and/or any instructions at their sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and take effect immediately upon their amendment, change, or deletion. Participation in this Shop & Win Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto. - To the extent permissible by law, Happie SG and Volt Auto shall not be liable for any acts or omissions in connection with the Shop & Win Campaign, including any collection, use, disclosure, or processing of personal data related to the Campaign. - In case of any dispute, "Happie SG" refers to Happie SG Pte. Ltd, and "Volt Auto" refers to Volt Auto Pte. Ltd. Both companies reserve the right to make the final decision. 11. Limitation of Liability By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless Happie SG, DongFeng by Volt Auto, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Participants who attempt to enter fraudulently, manipulate the contest, or violate any terms of this Campaign, including engaging in abusive or unethical behavior, will be disqualified and may be subject to legal action. 12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. 13.
